Stylized Gecko

This stylized gecko is a character I created as part of my learning process in creature modeling.

I started the sculpt in ZBrush using an A-pose as a base to establish proportions and primary forms. The model was then retopologized in Blender to achieve a clean and animation-ready topology.

The UVs were created in 3DCoat, ensuring an efficient layout and good texture distribution. I then brought the model into Akeytsu to create the rig and pose the character, giving it more personality.

Texturing was done in Substance Painter, focusing on materials, surface variation, and subtle details to support the stylized look. The final render was completed in Blender.

This project allowed me to go through the full character pipeline, from sculpting to final presentation.
